We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters at our restaurant in Palakkad. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus to guests and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests. Upsell additional menu items, specials, or promotions to guests. Prepare and serve specialty beverages, such as cocktails or mocktails, as required. Handle payments and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English is an advantage. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is beneficial but not essential. Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant's standards and procedures.
