Job Description
Conduct pre-shift huddles/briefings, assign tables and tasks to waitstaff, train junior staff, and monitor team grooming and service standards. Check food and beverage presentation before it leaves the kitchen or reaches the table, and perform table-side service or finishing touches when required.
