Job Description
MALABAR FOODS is hiring an experienced Bakery Master or Borma Chef for our bakery manufacturing unit. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial bakery production, including cookies, biscuits, rusk, bread and buns. Responsibilities include production planning, recipe development, dough preparation, baking, quality control, machine handling, staff supervision and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
