Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment records. Support the hiring process and ensure timely closures. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition. Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment is preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong sourcing, screening and coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
