Commi 3( Continental/North/Chinese/Tandoor) Job Vacancy available, assists senior chefs with basic prep, station maintenance, and learning foundational cooking techniques. Assist in organizing stock for continental supplies (pasta, stocks, cheese, cuts of meat/poultry). Assist in chopping and prepping onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, fresh herbs, and whole spices. Help clean, scrape, and maintain the clay tandoor oven temperature and coal/gas setup safely.
