Commi 2( Continental/Tandoor/Chinese) Job Vacancy available, an entry-to-mid-level line cook who reports to the Commis I, Chef de Partie (CDP), or Sous Chef. Prepare traditional tandoori items, kebabs, tikkas, naans, rotis, and dough fermentation. Prepare Chinese stocks, signature sauces, marinades, noodles, rice, appetizers, and gravies. Prepare soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches, breakfast items, sauces, and grilled meat/vegetable dishes.
