Job Description
A Cake Maker (also called a Baker or Cake Decorator) prepares, bakes, layers, frosts, and decorates cakes, pastries, and specialty baked goods according to standard recipes and customer requests. Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, cake sculpting/carving, piping, color theory, and food safety regulations.
