Job Description
The Café Manager will supervise day-to-day operations at the ViVAA Garden Café. This includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house personnel, overseeing Swiggy/Zomato online delivery setups, tracking daily sales entries, maintaining food quality, and delivering premium customer service in a high-traffic, family-friendly hangout spot. Excellent leadership traits, functional organizational skills, prompt problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency with digital POS systems and online food aggregators. A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Science, or an equivalent business administration field.
