Job Description
A porotta maker prepares, shapes, rests, and cooks traditional layered flatbreads (porottas) in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, cafeteria, hotel, or mess. Generally 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience making authentic Kerala-style porotta from scratch.
