Respond to inbound leads from websites, trade platforms, WhatsApp, and social media to convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Guide customers on fabric types, yarn composition, weights, widths, finishes, colorfastness, and care instructions. Working time 9am to 10pm. Age below 30.
