Reconcile cash, card, mobile money, and point-of-sale (POS) machine receipts across retail counters, online orders, or multiple bakery outlets. Calculate recipe and product-level costs (flour, sugar, butter, dairy, packaging) and track daily or weekly inventory usage and waste/spoilage reporting.
