Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor / Flooring Technician
Qualification:
ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in flooring, concrete flooring, polishing, densification, or related civil works preferred.
Fresh candidates with a strong interest in site operations and flooring works may also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate flooring installation and finishing activities at project sites.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per quality standards and project schedules.
Assist in site measurements, inspections, and material planning.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site workers.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Prepare daily site reports and update project status.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of civil construction and flooring works.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
