Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans while maintaining hygiene standards in the hotel kitchen. Operate commercial dishwashing machines and handwash large pots, pans, delicate china, or silver items using proper sanitization chemicals.
