Job Description
Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, HR, and other departments as required.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and showroom standards.
Conduct regular floor checks to ensure cleanliness, product arrangement, and overall showroom presentation.
Support promotional activities, offers, festive sales, and other marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer retention, and showroom profitability.
Ensure proper handling of customer orders, alterations, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
Maintain discipline, professional conduct, and a positive working environment within the showroom.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
