Aluminium Fabricator Job Opening, An aluminium fabricator cuts, shapes, and assembles aluminium components to build windows, doors, frames, and structural parts based on technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
• Read Blueprints: Study architectural plans, schematics, and production specifications.
• Cut and Shape: Measure, mark, and cut aluminium sheets or profiles using saws, shears, and punch tools.
• Assemble Frames: Fit, join, and screw parts together, including hanging, beading, and gasketing doors, windows, and curtain walls.
• Operate Machinery: Use workshop tools like mitre saws, copy routers, pillar drills, and CNC or welding equipment.
• Quality & Safety: Check finished products for accuracy, test functionality, and follow workplace safety rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical drawings and material properties.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy workshop machinery.
• Physical Stamina: Good dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy metal.
• Experience: Usually 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in metal or aluminium fabrication.
