*Location:* Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala
*Qualification:* CA Final (Intermediate cleared/ final pursuing)
*Experience:* Minimum 3 years in a CA firm
*Role Overview*
We're hiring Senior Associates to lead teams of Junior Associates — owning end-to-end delivery from work allocation to final client-ready output.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Supervise and mentor junior associates; train them on firm processes and technical work
- Allocate and monitor work across the team based on client priorities and deadlines
- Review work completed by juniors for accuracy and compliance before it goes further
- Finalize deliverables for partner/client sign-off
- Handle tax audits (Sec 44AB) — planning, execution, documentation
- Conduct internal audits for MSME and corporate clients
- Manage small business accounting and bookkeeping engagements
- Prepare and review monthly MIS reports for clients
- Liaise directly with clients on assigned engagements
*Requirements*
- CA Intermediate cleared/ CA Final pursuing
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a CA firm (articleship counts if substantial)
- Strong working knowledge of tax audit, internal audit, accounting standards, and MIS reporting
- Prior experience supervising/reviewing juniors' work preferred
- Proficient in Tally/Zoho Books/similar accounting software, MS Excel
- Strong communication skills — client-facing and team-leading ability
*Compensation*
?18,000 – ?22,000/month fixed + performance-linked bonus (?3,000–?15,000/month released quarterly based on KPIs: timeliness, review quality, team output, client handling, MIS discipline ). Total earning potential up to ?37,000/month.
