Job Description
Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to maintain kitchen and banquet hygiene. Scrape food debris off soiled items and wash them using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand (for delicate china and large pots).
