A Parotta Maker prepares, rolls, layers, and cooks traditional South Indian parottas while maintaining kitchen hygiene and quality standards. Knead, rest, oil, and portion out maida (refined wheat flour) dough to achieve the right elasticity. Master traditional stretching and folding (beating and swirling) techniques to create distinct, flaky layers.
