A VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator at SAA AB Engineering Pvt Ltd sets up and runs precision machining equipment to manufacture metal components based on technical blueprints.Machine Operation: Run VMC machines safely and efficiently to produce parts according to job orders and engineering drawings.Setup & Tooling: Load raw materials, set up workpieces and fixtures, and select or adjust cutting tools.Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.Monitoring & Adjustments: Watch the machine cycle during test and full runs to make necessary feed or tool offset adjustments.
