UPVC & ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Fabricate UPVC and aluminium windows & doors as per measurements and production requirements.
Cutting, drilling, machining, assembling and fitting of UPVC/aluminium profiles.
Handle glass, hardware, accessories and other fabrication materials safely.
Read and understand measurements, fabrication drawings and work instructions.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, finishing and quality of windows and doors.
Operate cutting machines, drilling machines and other fabrication tools safely.
Check materials and components before fabrication.
Assist in loading, unloading and shifting profiles, glass and finished products when required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the fabrication/work area.
Identify fabrication defects and report them to the supervisor.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
Follow company safety rules and instructions from the supervisor/management.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in UPVC and/or Aluminium fabrication preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical skills may also apply.
Knowledge of UPVC/aluminium profiles, hardware and fabrication methods is an advantage.
Ability to understand measurements and basic technical instructions.
Physically fit and willing to handle materials.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
