Approach shoppers on the retail floor in a polite, energetic manner. Explain active promotional schemes, upcoming festive sales (e.g., Ganesh Chaturthi or Diwali campaigns), and clothing subscription/savings plans clearly. High school completion (12th Pass) or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal fluency in Tamil to effectively communicate with the local Thoothukudi demographic. Functional knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage
