A Parotta Maker prepares, kneads, rolls, and cooks traditional layered flatbreads (parottas) in a restaurant, mess, or hotel kitchen while maintaining hygiene and speed. Knead, oil, and rest maida (refined flour) dough for the right elasticity and softness. Stretch, whip, and pleat the dough to create the signature flaky, multi-layered texture.
