Job Description
Cleans and maintains all kitchenware, tableware, and cooking equipment while keeping the dish station and back-of-house areas sanitized. Operate industrial dishwashing machines and manage 3-compartment sinks to wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans by hand or machine.
