Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots while keeping the kitchen and dish area organized. Wash plates, glasses, flatware, and pots by hand or using commercial dishwashing machines. Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels to meet sanitation codes.
