Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve the organization’s fund mobilization targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting company deposit schemes and financial products, ensuring excellent client servicing, and contributing to the company’s overall growth through effective relationship management and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Mobilization & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and annual fund mobilization targets through various deposit schemes and investment products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching individuals, traders, and institutions.
• Conduct market visits and campaigns to promote savings and investment products.
• Cross-sell financial products and services to enhance customer portfolio value.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide timely assistance and guidance on investment options, returns, and policies.
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and feedback efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure post-sales service and follow-ups for renewals, maturity payouts, and reinvestments.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
• Recommend product improvements or new schemes based on customer and market feedback.
4. Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure all customer documents are verified and maintained as per company and regulatory norms (KYC, AML, etc.).
• Adhere to internal policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
5. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate daily records of customer visits, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare periodic business reports and share insights with the branch and regional management teams.
• Coordinate with back-office teams for smooth processing of transactions and service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KRA):
• Fund mobilization volume (Deposits / Investments mobilized).
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Customer retention and renewal rate.
• Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Cross-selling ratio and business conversion rate.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or cooperative institutions (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of deposit mobilization, investment products, and financial operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial software.
