A loadman (or loading/unloading laborer) on a poultry farm handles the physical tasks of moving feed bags, crates, equipment, and live or processed birds during transport, shipping, and receiving operations.Load and unload crates, coops, or cages containing live poultry onto and off transport vehicles or trucks safely.Handle and stack heavy feed bags, medicine supplies, and farm equipment in storage areas or delivery vehicles.
