Job Description
A kitchen helper (or kitchen assistant) supports cooks, chefs, and waitstaff to ensure a commercial kitchen runs safely, cleanly, and efficiently. Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits and vegetables; weigh and measure ingredients as directed. Kitchen Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, empty trash bins, and replace garbage liners.
