A picker is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and gathering products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.Order Selection: Read pick lists or use handheld barcode scanners to find and retrieve exact items, quantities, and sizes.Quality Control: Inspect retrieved merchandise for defects or damage before sending items forward.Staging and Packing: Wrap, label, and place picked items onto pallets or into containers for safe shipping.
