Job Description
The VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Setter role at plastics/manufacturing companies like Dolphin Plastics Madurai or similar industrial units involves setting up, adjusting, and verifying CNC vertical machining centers to process molds, dies, or plastic components. ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering, or equivalent technical certifications. Generally requires 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in VMC setting (experience within a plastic injection mold or tool-room facility is preferred) Thorough understanding of blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T.
