Job Description
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, automobile service, or CRM will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge and good data-entry skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
