Job Description
Core Duty: Smooth, deburr, and finish welded joints, edges, and sheet metal surfaces on automotive and heavy machinery cabin assemblies (such as for JCB or Caterpillar) using hand grinders or stationary grinding machines.Education: ITI certificate in a relevant trade (Fitter/Welder/Machinist) or a 10th/12th pass with practical shop-floor experience.Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on industrial grinding or fabrication finishing experience in an automotive or sheet metal manufacturing plant.
