Job description: We are looking for a creative and result-oriented staff to manage Crunchys' social media presence and create engaging visual content for digital marketing and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Crunchys' social media platforms. Create attractive graphics, posters, banners, reels, stories, and promotional creatives. Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Plan and schedule regular social media posts and campaigns. Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for promotional requirements. Capture and coordinate food, outlet, product, and promotional content as required. Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes. Maintain consistency in Crunchys brand identity, colours, fonts, and visual standards. Monitor social media engagement, trends, and competitor activities. Support digital marketing campaigns, offers, new product promotions, and outlet openings. Prepare creative materials for franchise promotions and corporate requirements. Track basic social media performance and prepare regular reports. Perform other creative and digital marketing activities assigned by Management. Experience: Social media marketing: 2 years (Required) Graphic design: 2 years (Required) Content creation: 1 year (Required)
