Job Description
Installation and Setup: Unbox, configure, and install televisions, including mounting TVs securely on walls and setting up correct peripheral connections.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Inspect malfunctioning TV units to identify hardware or software failures, such as faulty circuit boards, power supply issues, or display panel defects.
: Fix or replace damaged internal components, solder circuit elements, and swap out broken screens or audio components safely.
Calibration and Testing: Adjust display settings, color accuracy, and sound output to guarantee optimal performance before handing the unit back or completing a service call.
Customer Support: Coordinate service schedules, explain repair outcomes clearly to clients, and provide basic usage guidance.
