Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Initiate cold or warm outbound calls daily to potential clients, B2B partners, and prospective businesses using structured target lists to explain trading products and services. Customer Inquiry Management: Answer inbound calls efficiently to address client queries, clarify order specifications, explain pricing, and present ongoing promotions
