Operations Execution: Monitor and control day-to-day powder coating and surface treatment line operations to meet daily production targets.Coating Application: Operate or oversee automatic/manual powder spray guns and booths, ensuring uniform film thickness and flawless surface finish.Quality & Defect Tracking: Check parameters like coating thickness, gloss, adhesion, and color consistency. Troubleshoot paint/coating defects such as pinholes, orange peel, or uneven coating.
