Position: Branch Manager
Location: Rajakumari, Idukki, Kerala
Industry: Automobile / Two-Wheeler Dealership
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the branch and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Achieve branch sales and business targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team.
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.
Monitor sales, finance, insurance, service, and other branch activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with Head Office and ensure company policies are followed.
Identify local business opportunities and support branch growth.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Branch Management, Sales Management, or Automobile Dealership Operations.
Experience in the two-wheeler/automobile industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with good business development capabilities.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Candidates from Rajakumari or nearby local areas are preferred.
Should be capable of independently managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
