Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and update records using dealer management software.Parts Sales & Issuance: Process spare parts requests for workshop mechanics and retail counter customers efficiently.Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Order required parts from manufacturers or authorized regional distributors to avoid stockouts.Warehouse Control: Organize storage bins, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe handling of automotive components.Reporting: Maintain daily logs of inward/outward movement of spare parts, damaged items, and pending orders.
