Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Onboarding: Driver recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, Amazon Portal onboarding, Background Checks, Drug Tests, ADP, I-9 & E-Verify, training coordination, and ATS updates.
Payroll: Timecard review, payroll processing, attendance, PTO, bonuses, payroll adjustments, discrepancy management, documentation, and payroll compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience
Experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll Operations
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently from home
