Job Description
The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day execution of interior projects at the site, ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role includes coordinating with interior designers, project managers, architects, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers, monitoring work progress, checking measurements and workmanship, managing site materials and manpower, identifying and resolving site-related issues, and ensuring proper coordination between the factory and site for timely delivery and installation. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining site discipline, ensuring safety and cleanliness, monitoring material usage, reporting daily progress and issues to the concerned manager, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders when required, and ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
