A reputed textile firm in Karunagappally is looking for energetic and responsible Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls, explaining products and services, following up with customers, handling enquiries, maintaining customer information, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Male and female candidates are preferred. Candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to speak confidently with customers. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or textiles will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
