# Service Advisor

### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.
### Key Responsibilities
* Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
* Inspect and document vehicle complaints and service requirements.
* Prepare service estimates and explain the required work to customers.
* Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of repair and service jobs.
* Keep customers updated regarding job status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
* Ensure vehicles are properly inspected before delivery.
* Maintain accurate service records and related documentation.
* Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
* Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain good customer relationships.
### Requirements
* Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of automobile service and repair procedures.
* Experience working in an **automobile dealership/service centre** will be an added advantage.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
