Junior Architect / Architect – Fresher Position: Junior Architect / Architect – Fresher Experience: 0–1 year Qualification: B.Arch / equivalent architectural qualification Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and creative Fresher Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, preparation of working drawings, and coordination with the project team from concept development through execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals. Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings. Assist in developing 3D models, views, renders, and presentations. Prepare drawings and documentation for client presentations. Assist senior architects in design development and project coordination. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as required. Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and execution requirements. Assist in preparing material selections, finishes, and detailing. Make revisions based on client and senior architect feedback. Maintain proper organization of project drawings, files, and documentation. Support the team during site execution to ensure designs are implemented correctly. Required Skills Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Basic to good knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software. Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5 Render, or similar visualization software is an advantage. Basic understanding of architectural construction and detailing. Good design sense and attention to detail. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
