Job Responsibilities
Assist Service Advisors in handling customer service requirements.
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Assist in preparing job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians and the service department for timely vehicle servicing.
Keep customers informed about service progress and additional requirements.
Assist in explaining repair and maintenance work to customers.
Support vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Learn Hyundai service procedures, systems, and customer-handling standards.
Eligibility
Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Automobile/service experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobiles.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
