Job Description
A Duty Manager (often referred to as a Manager on Duty or Hospital Floor/Administrative Manager) at a growing facility like Sugajeevan Speciality Hospital in Thanjavur oversees the smooth, day-to-day operational and administrative workflow of the hospital during an assigned shift. Monitor the attendance, punctuality, and deployment of front office staff, billing executives, ward assistants, and housekeeping teams on the floor. Bachelor’s degree (Any UG) or a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA in Healthcare Management, or equivalent. 2 to 4 years of administrative experience working in a hospital or multi-speciality clinical environment
