A reputed dairy product manufacturing company in Kanjirappally is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, retailers, distributors, and potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s dairy products. The role includes explaining product details, taking customer and retailer orders, following up on enquiries, maintaining customer information, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to confidently communicate with customers. Good Malayalam communication is preferred, while basic English knowledge will be an advantage. Candidates should be customer-friendly, positive, persuasive, and capable of handling calls professionally. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, FMCG sales, or a similar role will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
