Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Negotiate with customers and support them throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the CRM.
