Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily construction activities and site execution.
* Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and project teams.
* Monitor labour, materials, quality, and project progress.
* Check site measurements and material requirements.
* Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
* Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical problems.
* Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, and site discipline.
### Requirements
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* 1–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of construction methods and drawings.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
