WANTED: TELECALLING EXECUTIVES (Tours & Travels)
We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Telecalling / Sales Executives for our Tours and Travels division!
Requirements:
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Tours & Travels sector or Telemarketing/Sales.
Language: Must have good English communication skills. Knowing Malayalam and other regional languages is an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, customer handling, and convincing skills.
Job Role:
Handle customer enquiries received via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Explain tour packages, holiday itineraries, and travel details clearly to customers.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
