The role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices and hardware systems. Candidates should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field, with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and customer support will be an added advantage. The selected candidate will visit client locations, diagnose technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, prepare service reports, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
