We are hiring an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain for our reputed Restaurant in Asramam, Kollam. Applications are invited from both male and female candidates who have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant floor operations, supervising wait staff, coordinating guest services, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, handling customer requests, and maintaining high service standards. You will guide the service team, manage table arrangements, coordinate with the kitchen and billing departments, resolve guest concerns professionally, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are followed. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of restaurant operations. Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
